Nikki grew up in the Bedford, Michigan area. She graduated from the University of Toledo with a bachelor's in business administration. She has 20+ years of experience in the healthcare field. Her career special interests include optimizing practice workflows, opening new practices, and onboarding physicians and personnel. When away from work Nikki enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews and learning all their new catch phrases. She also enjoys working in her yard and running/walking.
