Nicole Knepper is the Trauma Program Manager at Mercy Health- St. Vincent Medical Center. She graduated from Medical College of Ohio/Bowling Green State University in 1996. Nicole worked as an ICU nurse for ten years and then as an emergency room nurse for another ten years. During that time, she discovered her passion for trauma and became a trauma coordinator at a Level III Trauma Center. In 2016, she joined the Mercy Health- St. Vincent Medical Center Trauma Team as the Injury Prevention Coordinator. Nicole feels strongly that trauma is a preventable disease, and injury prevention plays a major role in improving quality of life. In 2020, she became the trauma program manager and really enjoys working with our wonder team! When she is not working, she enjoys running, vacationing, and spending time with her family. She resides in Woodville, Ohio with her husband, two sons, two dogs and two cats.
