After graduating from Painesville Riverside in Painesville, Ohio, Dr. Leskovan made his way to Mount Union University. He played football and wrestled while there. At the same time, he double majored in Biology and Chemistry, and then went on to Ohio University where he completed his medical degree in 2006. He started in residency at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center in surgery and finished his fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. Subsequently, in 2017 he started Glass City Specialists (GCS) and became the Trauma Medical Director. His interests are in trauma systems, chest wall reconstruction, TBI, and complex ventilator management. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his family when not working.
